The OSLC Performance Monitoring (PM) 2.0 specification depends on a subset of vocabulary terms defined by the OSLC Estimation and Measurement (EMS) 1.0 specification. This subset of terms has been moved to the Finalization phase of the OSLC approval process. The status of each term in the OSLC EMS 1.0 Vocabulary has been indicated using the property vs:term_status with the value stable as defined by the W3C Term-centric Semantic Web Vocabulary Annotations specification. That specification emerged from the FOAF project.
