    • Policy on backwards compatibility?
    • New resource type? Conservative extensions of RM V2.0? Breaking changes?

Agreed to declare the specification FINAL.

Jim - how to organize organize hierarchies of data. Eg semantics of containers.

Application of a profile to a model is similar. what is the set of properties that might apply to a container? pull this out as a separate semantics.

cross-cutting concerns - security, lifecycle etc.

Backwards compatibility. In the v3 specs. - don't break existing clients. be additive.
