1. Implementation Status - All

LawrenceMandel reported that Rational has an early prototype that implements the creation of ems:Project resources. This will be deployed on an internal server. Anyone who would like to do interoperability testing with this prototype should contact LawrenceMandel.

2. Review OSLC Core Simple Query Syntax - ArthurRyman

We depend on parts of the query syntax, e.g. to search for scenarios for a project.

We did not review this. We discussed our intention to support the OSLC Core specification, which includes the Query syntax.

ACTION - ArthurRyman will create the Service Provider resource for the EMS 1.0 service.

3. Declaration of EMS 1.0 Draft Specification - ArthurRyman

Let's declare this a Draft Specification and enter the convergence phase.

At the last meeting ArthurRyman voted Yes for Rational, and AndrewCanham voted Yes for QSM. LeeFischman voted Yes for Galorath. We therefore declare that the EMS 1.0 specification has been declared to be a Draft Specification and the workgroup has entered the Convergence phase. Thanks to everyone for their contributions towards achieving this significant milestone.

Going forward, we will use the mailing list to communicate implementation progress, and will schedule telecons on an as-needed basis.
