NASA and TopQuadrant have published QUDT - Quantities, Units, Dimensions, and Data Types, an ontology that defines units of measure. We can use the time and currency unit definitions. They have also developed other software ontologies that might be useful.4. Review OSLC Core Simple Query Syntax - ArthurRyman
