• SamPadgett: Lyo updates: OAuth consumer management added to Lyo OAuth provider framework.

• CmStateTransitions: SteveSpeicher is traveling, so we'll target next meeting for a review.
• BrianSteele: What providers and consumers are using link labels as defined in OSLC 2.0? Want to understand the impact of proposing a change from reified statements.
